HOdo Group collects suggestions from employees every March, and this year is the 13rd. It commended some persons whose suggestions were significant to enterprise performance.

The event is open to all employees, with a low threshold. It aims to bring their initiative, wisdom and power into full play.

This year, HOdo received a total of 15,508 suggestions, up 1,416 over 2016. Among them, 5,286 suggestions were already adopted.

In addition, the group’s suppliers also offered 218 proposals, 67 of which were adopted.
